Superscripted Registered Trademark Symbol

Make sure the Formatted Text pick is selected.
Click Replace. Word asks you if y'all desire to supplant the existing AutoCorrect definition.
Click Aye. The old definition is replaced.
Click OK to close the dialog box.

Now, when you type (r), the characters will be replaced with a superscripted registered trademark symbol.
